Our mesquite-smoked sausage products use only the highest quality of pork to produce the perfect combination of flavorful, juicy sausage while maintaining a healthy, lean end-product with little or no grease in the pan or pit.
Every product, from steaks and burger to sausage and dried products, is vacuum sealed for extended shelf life in your freezer and quality tasting product at your table. Our water-proof labeling notating species and product, along with careful attention to uniformity in the packaging, will help to keep products organized in the freezer.
We realize the menu is extensive in number of items and seasoning choice, so if there is a product you would like to try before purchasing, we will do our best to provide you a free sample to take home and try out. We proudly stand behind every product on our menu and are certain they are among the “best of the best” in the game-processing business. We don’t expect you to just take our word for it though and instead encourage you to take the sample products home or to the ranch and let them speak for themselves.
